What is Light Language?

What does the healing session comprise of?
This depends on whether you are attending an in-person one or a virtual session. Please see the descriptions of both below Virtual: The healing sessions lasts approximately an hour (if it runs over you will not be charged any extra). After our initial introductions we will discuss any information you feel is relevant for us to know and any intentions you may have. An example of an intention could be for you to connect more deeply with yourself and your spirit guides or to let go of resentment you have been holding onto. These sessions are then very much guided from here, so the format may vary, but in general we will ask you to first get comfy by either laying down or sitting up. Your eyes can remain closed or open. We will then ask you to connect with your breath and have you perform a few rounds of deep breathing to intensify the energy in your body. Then after this we then step out of the way and let spirit take over whilst you simply relax back and set to receive. During the session you can expect to hear lots of vocal toning at varying pitches (please be warned it can get very loud at times), different light language dialects and instruments such as the drum and the rattle. All of which will take you on a deep and profound journey. It´s a beautiful experience. In-Person: These sessions are two hours long and will include all described above plus you will also receive a cup of ceremonial grade cacao.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the session?
Yes. The main thing we would like you to do is to contemplate on what your intention is for the session. This clarity can help the session go even deeper. You will also receive a email, when you sign up for your session, with full details on how best to prepare for your session and how best to care for yourself afterwards.

Do you offer packages of healing sessions?
We do. For in-person you may purchase 4 for £500 (per session is normally £150) For virtual you may purchase 6 for £500 (per session is normally £100)

Are there any health restrictions on who can experience a healing session?
No, our belief is these sessions are for the highest good for all. However, if you would feel more comfortable speaking with your health provider first then please do so.

I need to reschedule my appointment, is that possible?
Yes, if needed you may reschedule your appointment up until 48 hours of the start time of your appointment. After this time it would be viewed as a cancellation and no refund would be provided.

If I need to cancel my appointment can I get a refund?
There is a non-refundable amount on all our services if you should need to cancel. Please check with the service you selected to see how much. And if you should cancel within 48 hours notice no refund will be provided.
